Your rats are adorable! I love all little critters, especially mice and rats.

As I was looking through your Gallery I was wondering what type camera you use? I use a Nikon D40.

I love these rats!! Your photos make me happy! I have two females right now one regular hooded rat and one rex rat. I wanted to get a hairless rat but they only had males.

Just one question. Do you know if you have two unspayed females and you get a male and nueter it will the females fight over him?

they don't really think that way. it would be more of a fight is there were several males and a female. the females dont fight for a mate the males fight for the females.

Thanks! My mom didn't want to get him because she thought they would fight. I heard somewere that hairless rats do best with fured rats because they get cold easier. And then I heard that nuetered males can sometimes still breed after they get the operation. Only soon after though.

it would have to be immediately after because neutering removes their testis.

and hairless do like having warmth with them.

Yeah I'd keep them separated for a while but right now I'm very happy with my two.
